Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@heavy-beauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective. Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
